KRAFT DRESSING TEARPAD

I found a tearpad at the Beach Publix yesterday for $1 off Produce wyb 2 Kraft Dressings!  Perfect timing! Print the two $1/1 coupons from FB for the Kraft Desssing and stack with the $1/2 TQ. You will pay $.15 each.

Now add the $1 tearpad listed above and buy a pineapple for $2.99. Use the $.50 printable for the pineapple and the $1 tearpad and pay $1.80 for a pineapple and 2 Kraft Anything Dressings!

I grabbed a few extra if anyone wants them. I am working today so I will leave them on my mailbox if anyone wants to grab a few. Shoot me an email and I will try to check my phone or just stop by the house if you are over by the Bridge of Lions!

HELLMAN'S MAYO DEAL

Hellman's Mayonnaise is on sale BOGO at Publix for I think $5.37. Who pays $5.37 a jar? Even if you go to Walmart you are going to be paying at least $4.50 for a jar and there are plenty of people putting that in their cart at that price ready to make their deviled eggs!

I found another place to get a $1 coupon for Hellman's. Go HERE to print your coupon. Once you sign up, you will be able to print two.

Now you will be paying $1.68 a jar. Stock up at that price!

GOODBYE WALGREENS!

Did I ever tell you I hate Walgreens? I had five $2 RR's that were expiring tomorrow. I work tomorrow, then go right to church at Anastasia Baptist, and then we go out to eat. By the time I get home it will be at least 9:00. I didn't want to have to deal with Walgreens tomorrow.

I've rolled those darn $2 RR's and now there is nothing to do with them. I didn't want to spend good money just to roll them so I decided to buy something I could use but didn't want to spend the money on. The answer was Got-2-Be Hair Oil. It is awesome! It calms my hair down and seems to straighten it...and my daughter loves it too! That means she is always into my stuff!

Since I have 5 RR's, I had to buy five items. What a pain. I ended up picking up 3 cans of Butterball chicken broth at $.50 each just so I could use my $10 in RR's. I am glad I am off of Walgreens for awhile!

On the way home I stopped at the Beach Publix store to see if they had any Summer Booklets in since SR 16 didn't have any left. They have not got theirs in yet. So be on the lookout at the beach store!

PUBLIX AND CVS

On the way home from the Outlet Mall, I stopped at the SR 16 Publix to get a few things...deli tea, 2 pineapple, blueberries, sweet-n-low, 7 limes, english muffins, 2 cream cheese,1 yogurt and 4 bags of M&M's. My total was $ 32.78. After coupons an my $5/$30 it was $17. I still didn't like paying $17 for it but then I smile because I know some sucker paid $32!!

I asked at the service desk about the new Summer book that is out and they said it was GONE! I had not seen it anywhere! If you guys see a book somewhere, please let me know so we can let everyone share in them.

On the way home I stopped at CVS to use my Schick Hydro Silk razor raincheck. My MQ expired 4 days ago because they did not get them back in stock in time. The big surprise was she said she would take the expired coupon! The razor was $8.99 and I had a $4 MQ and a $5 CVS Q. She made it work and I paid $.53 for the tax only AND got back a $3 ECB. That was a good moneymaker!

I also asked if they would take their coupons that spit out of the red machine past the expiration date. This store, (SR 16) told me that they would take them 1 week past expiration! Ask your store and see if they will do the same!

OUTLET MALL SALE

Head on out to the Outlet Mall for a sidewalk sale this weekend. I didn't shop much but saw some awesome deals to be had. I wish I was at the weight I want to be at so I could get some cute things. It was fun going into Chico's and trying on size 2 and having them be big!

If you like to buy your clothes out-of-season, now is the time to get some great bargains. You can also pick up some Christmas gifts now!

BARNES AND NOBLE

This coupon came at a perfect time for me! I ordered a book from Barnes and Noble and they just called to say it was in. Use the coupon from HERE to gt 15% off any one item at B&N.

Why not take this opportunity to pick up some summer reading material!

MOTT'S APPLE JUICE

If you have kids or grandkids, you always want to have juice boxes around the house.

HERE'S a deal for Mott's juice boxes and you get them for $1 a 8 pk when using this coupon. It will be on sale in the yellow adv. flyer for $2/$5. You will pay only $1 a 8-pk after coupon and will have until July 20th to use it.

Not as good as the Juicy Juice 8-pks I got for $.50 a few weeks ago, but it is still a good deal!

BIRDS EYE VOILA COUPON

I hope all of you were able to print the high value coupon for Birds Eye Voila. Go th their facebook page HERE and you will be able to print a $3 coupon. When you hit your back browser to get your second coupon, you may get the prompt of a fradulent attempt to get coupon. Simply go back to the original starting point and hit print and the second copy will come out.

The last time I bought these they were BOGO and we also had a high value coupon. If they go BOGO again and we use two $3/1 coupons, we are sure going to see some nice overage!!

ALL BOOKS ORDERED - LAST CALL

I ordered the books today and now have $600 on my credit card! Jeez! This is a little bit scary!

I have a few people who missed out and want books if we get any cancellations or order new books. We have until July 4th, so I will see if we get anybody else. After that, I think I am done! With that being said, if you decided you should have bought a second set, here is your chance. We won't see $2 books again until probably next year at this time when they try to get rid of them again.

I know we will all smile and enjoy our books at Publix!

BIG LOTS

I feel sometimes on my days off all I do is run around in circles. Today felt like one of those days.

I ran into Big Lots to see if they had any Pepperidge Farm Oatmeal Bread. SCORE!! They did! I was able to pick up a loaf for $1.80 instead of the $3.89 at the grocery store. The expiration date was fine and I was happy knowing I saved half on the bread. I also picked up a package of No Yolks Noodles for $1 for a recipe from WW that uses that brand.

While I was in there briefly I noticed they had NutriSystem Food. If any of you are on NutriSystem, you might want to stop by and check out the various cardboard, I mean, delicious meals NutriSystem offers. They had quite a bit in stock and it was right in the front of the store when you walk in.

They also had various umbrells marked down 30% off. They had some as low as $28! At that price you wouldn't really care if they lasted a season.

KISS MY FACE COUPON UPDATE

I told you about the Kiss My Face Coupon HERE a few posts back.

I checked at Publix today and it is $3.49 per bar for the face soap. After the coupon, pay only $.49 per bar. A girl was there stocking the shelves and she told me she uses it and loves it!

It is opposite the regular soap on the isle.

I plan on keeping my coupons for the next time there is a gas card deal. This way I can boost my total up a little and only pay $.49 per item. Plus this is something I think my daughter will be all over!

Remember, this is in PDF form so print as many as you need!

CVS

I went into CVS today to get the Hydro Razors with my raincheck, 2 Colgate Sensitive TP and Garnier Shampoo/Conditioner and the razors were still not in stock. Now my whole scenerio was messed up.

I did scan my card and got a $15 off any Physicans Formula Facial Care Product! I was so excited.  More FREE stuff!

I also got a $2 off any Shampoo, Conditioner or Styling Aid. I used that coupon from the Coupon Machine and stacked with the $1/1 coupon HERE to get Garnier Conditioner for $.34.

Also, I saw those $2 hangtags for Banana Boat all over at CVS!

By the way, I scanned both of my cards three times each to get various coupons. The $15 Physicians Formula coupon only came up on one card.

PUBLIX 6/27/12, SPENT $15.44

I really didn't need much at Publix but it seemed like I was in the store forever! It takes so much longer when you keep running into people that you know and stop to talk! The Magnum Ice Cream Treats were the star in my cart today. They were on sale 2/$6 and I had two $2/1 MQ's and two $1.25/1 so Publix gave me $.50 to take two boxes out of the store! I bought the mint variety and I am so excited to try them! Look in your binders to see if you have any left. The store coupons were hanging right by the front entrance.

This is what I bought:

2 Magnum Mint Ice Cream Bars FREE PLUS OVERAGE
1 Publix Yogurt
6 Oscar Mayer Bologna (donate item) FREE
4 Yakisoba Noodles (donate item) FREE
3 Zatarins Jambalaya
1 Turkey Kielbasa
Bananas
Green Beans
2 Bakery Muffins 4-pk.
Pkg. of Tortilla Shells
2 lb. Baby Carrots
1 Angel Soft Toilet Paper
1 Bayer Aspirin (donate item)

My total before coupons was $39.82. After coupons and one $5/$30 I paid $15.44, a savings of 76% with coupons and sales!

WE DID IT AGAIN

Thanks again to everyone who signed up for the books. We are now full with 20 people. I will pay the $400 needed to get the books and contact you when they are in!

I did get a reply from abishop who wanted some books. If I get a cancellation or get more people who want to sign up, I will add you to the list. I am sorry I filled up before I got your response.

These are the people who will be getting 10 books for $20:

Theresa
Karen M.
Shannon L.
Jamee G.
Cat C.
Mary Grace L.
Carol W.
Linda
Colette P.
Kathleen D.

I wasn't sure we were going to make it but we did! Thanks for pulling through so we can all share in this great deal! We still have until July 4th so if I get yet another 9 people, we will do it again. I bet by then some of you may want to sign up for yet another set. Remember, we have until June 2013 to use these and they can be used at any Publix location, not just in our area.

$3 KISS MY FACE PRODUCT COUPON

You can print a $3 coupon for any KISS MY FACE product HERE. I am going to check today but you should be able to get the bar soap pretty cheap with this coupon. The coupon is in PDF form with an expiration date of 8/30/12.

The coupon will be big on the screen when you open it. Simply just hit the "minus" button until it gets to the size of printing!

THIS IS ONE NAKED BIRD

Do you see anything wrong with this chicken?

My daughter had to go to school today at UNF so I asked her to pick up a rotissierie chicken at Costco for dinner for me since I had to work.

This is what I saw when I opened up the lid! She ate both  wings and then ripped off every bit of skin on it and ate it also! I am left with this naked bird! I am surprised she left the legs intact!

Moral of the story...don't send your daughter to Costco for a chicken or it will end up coming home like this!

FREE BAYER ASPIRIN

Thanks to Emily I. for reminding me about this deal!

Bayer aspirin is on sale at Publix this week for $2.79. Use the $3/1 coupon in the 6/24 SS to get Bayer Aspirin for FREE!

Even if you don't use this aspirin, please buy it and put it in your donate pile!

10. Emily I. - Emily would like to split the order with someone. If we come up with someone who wants 5 books for $10, we can do the split. Otherwise Emily will get all 10. (Please contact me to let me know if this is OK!)

While I was typing this, I got another email from Theresa who would like 10 books. If nine more people respond, I'll order another 100 books. We have until July 4th to place the order. I will place the first order tonight just to make sure they don't get sold out!

Thanks everyone for pulling together so we can all benefit from this great deal! Remember these $5/$30 coupons do not expire until June 2013!

HERE WE GO AGAIN!

WOWZA!!! The Enjoy the City book is back again!! I don't know about you but I am loving these deals!

I think I may buy another set of these books. I'm going to put the offer up there again and let's see if we can get do this offer again. To the two people who left comments that they wanted in on this...here is your chance. I am willing to order again and collect the money from you guys so we can get the good price.

You will get 10 books for $20. Tell your family and friends and let's do this again!

I have been able to use two and three at a time at Publix. They do not require me to split my order. Do the math and cash in on these great deals to help us save even more at Publix!

CHECK FOR THIS HANGTAG

IHP is reporting a $1/1 coupon for Banana Boat Suncare Products to stack with the $2/1 coupon in the Green Adv. Flyer.

Before you print that coupon check your binders! I have $2/1 hangtags that I have been seeing all over the place. Use that hangtag with the PQ and pay between $1.29 and $2.49 for deep tanning products or after sun care!

$2 PUBLIX COUPON

If you have the $5 donation sheet from Publix, there is a $2/1 coupon for M&M's. Use two of these and stack with the $1.50/2 MQ from the 6/17 RP and it's a moneymaker. M&M's is going to be BOGO for $4.89. That is a $.61 MM!!

If you have the $3 donation sheet, you have a $1 coupon. Use two of those and one $1.50/1 and pay $1.39 for two bags.

Any combination you can come up with for M&M's is a great deal! My grandkids LOVE these!

HIGH VALUE CLASSICO COUPON

We often see Classico Pasta Sauce go BOGO at Publix. Print this high value $1/1 coupon now and hold for a sale!

Go HERE to print your coupon. It is located on the bottom right.

There also are some recipes you can view!

FYI: This coupon is an ink hog! An ad prints to take up the entire page. Cut your paper in thirds and print on a small piece of paper so it doesn't waste your ink!

BARE PAPER PLATES/BOWLS

Are you running low on your stockpile of paper plates/bowls?

Bare by Solo is on sale at Publix 2 for $4, 10 to 48 ct.

Use the $1/1 coupon from the 6/17 SS to get them for $1 each. Not the best price I have seen but if you need paper bowls (I wouldn't do the plates), it's not that bad of a deal.

Hopefully we will see paper plates BOGO next week with July 4th right around the corner. Usually they go on sale for the summer season. I buy enough to last me until they go on sale again! I just hate putting out money for paper products!

WISK AT DOLLAR GENERAL

I stopped at the Dollar General at 312 today. I wasn't shocked to see they were out of Wisk Detergent. I asked an employee if they had any in the back and she said a truck was there right now being unloaded and it would be at least Sunday night or Monday morning before it would be out on the floor.

The sale is on until July 2nd so head over Monday to get your cheap laundry detergent!

PUBLIX 6/23/12, SPENT $40.26, SAVED 70%

I spent more than I wanted to at Publix today but considering my total was $92 before coupons, I saved over 70% with the sales and coupons. I read the Advil coupon wrong and realized it after I left the store. I had $2 peelies that were for 20 ct. and over. I read the coupon as being any Advil PM and regular Advil over 32 ct. With that being said, I bought 4 Advil PM using the GAF and four $2 peelies.

. I had to leave for a hair appointment 10 minutes after I walked in the door so no picture this time. I had to get the refrigerated stuff away and fly out the door! This is what I bought:

Natures Own Bread (not the BOGO because it is the 40 calorie bread that wasn't on sale)
2 Tostitos Chips Family Size
1 Rold Gold Pretzel
2 lb. baby carrots
Squash
Strawberries
Green Beans
6 Corn on Cob
Cherries (YIKES! These were $4.84 alone!)
Kiwi
Blueberries
Romaine Lettuce
3 Voskos Yogurt
2 Ritz Crackers
8 Oscar Mayer Bologna (donate item)
2 Publix Chocolate Muffins, 4-pk.
French Hamburger Buns
4 Angel Soft Toilet Paper
2 Resolve Spray Cleaner
2 All Detergent
4 Advil PM

My total was $40.26 but it should have been $39.26. I grabbed the wrong MQ for the crackers and it expired three days earlier. My good coupon was home on my desk! Darn, don't you just hate when that happens! All said, I don't think it was that bad considering my cherries were almost $5! I won't be doing that again any time soon! I'll wait for them to come down to $1.99 lb. I got a ton of fresh veggies and then stopped at the produce stand behind WD at SR 207 and bought tomatoes, zuchhini, nectarines all for $.99 lb. I won't pay the price Publix wants for peaches and nectarines. Your better buys are at the local produce stands.

I really didn't expect to spend that much this week but I've added more toilet paper and laundry detergent to my stockpile plus I'm good for Advil/Advil PM until 2014!!

ENJOY THE CITY BOOKS ARE IN!

The ETC books are in! If you ordered books, please contact me so you could get your books!

Thanks to everyone who participated so we all could get a good price on the books!

TARGET TOY CLEARANCE

Typically January and July are the months Target has their toy clearance. I just wanted to give you the heads up to start watching Target in the next few weeks.

I have been able to get some awesome deals during these sales.

I'll keep you posted when I go in Target if I see any deals!

CHEAP BUTTERBALL TURKEY BACON

I walked into Walgreens this morning and was able to pick up four packages of Butterball Turkey Bacon for just $.50 each. I used  the $1/2 coupon from the June and July ALL YOU to get the bacon at this awesome price.

Make sure they scan the Walgreens in-ad q first. I would suggest you buy something else in addition to it to absorb the overage of $.04. You can pick up some eggs at $.99 dozen and have a great breakfast for weeks!

Saturday is the last day for this deal.

CHEAP WISK DETERGENT

Wisk is on sale through tomorrow for $4 a bottle at Dollar General. If they still have some left if stock, you can use the $2/1 coupon from the 6/10 RP and pay just $2 per bottle. I would recommend calling before you drive over to the store!

I usually don't pay more than $2 to $3 for a bottle of laundry detergent. Grab your coupons and head to DG to get this awesome deal.

There is a printable for $5 off $25 that is available HERE on Saturday only. Usually this coupon doesn't like to be stacked with other coupons. You can try using it and ask the cashier to scan it first before the other coupons. Be prepared for the register to beep. Hopefully, if it does, they will just push it through!

ADVIL DEAL IN NEW GAF

Advil will be a great deal with the new sale in the green advantage flyer beginning June 23rd. It isn't as good as the 44 boxes of Advil I got for free during the course of the month awhile back, but nevertheless, it will still be a good deal.

If I remember correctly, you should be able t get a box of Advil for about $1 to $1.50. Just use the $5/2 coupon from the GAF and stack with the $1/1 coupon in the 4/1/12 or 5/20/12 RP. Also check your binders. I have $2 peelies that do not state a specific count. I should be able to get Advil for FREE to $.50 each!

FREE SCHICK RAZOR

Check your CVS account online to see if you have any coupons waiting there for you. I checked mine and I had a $1 off milk coupon as well as a $5 off Schick Hydro Womens Silk Razor (like I really need more razors!). They are on sale for $8.99 and when you use the $5 coupon and a $4 coupon from 5/13 SS, it is a money maker of $3 after you get $3 ECB's back! I also got the coupon from the Red Coupon Machine.

Check your account to see what coupons you received!

UPDATE: The CVS at 312 does not have any in stock. Make sure you get a raincheck so you can get your free razors when they get back in stock!

COUPON CLASSES

Welcome if you are finding me via Swip Swap! I hope to help you and your family learn how to save thousands of dollars each year saving money on your grocery and household items.

When people find out that I'm a couponer, I often hear that couponers eat too many processed foods and too much junk. If you go by what is offered in the Sunday coupon inserts, one would assume that we live off of Lunchables, Hamburger Helper, frozen dinners and countless other processed food products. Now, don't get me wrong. We do sometimes get deals on  stuff like that. For example, now until the end of the month, we are able to get the 8 oz. package of Oscar Mayer Bologna for FREE.

But there are some real gems to be had as well. Recently I have got deals on SmartBalance Milk, real fruit juice, cheese, peanut butter, pasta, canned tomatoes, beans, cereal, lunchmeat, laundry detergent etc. The list goes on and on...and I didn't even mention the shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, body wash (just got 11 of those for free), toothbrushes, mouthwash, personal hygine products, etc. that you get for free or pennies on the dollar.

Don't pay someone for things they got for free. Learn how to do it yourself. The two-hour class is $15 and you will not be disappointed when you learn how to match the weekly sales ad with coupons. All the work is done for you.

I tell everyone in the class you will be spending less money and have more stuff than you know what to do with. The best part is you can donate. I just recently donated 19 bags of food and household items to three needy families. I guarantee you will be doing the same!

Contact me at 904-540-5225 or email me at judiray56@yahoo.com if you want to arrange to have a workshop!

BLUEBERRY PEELIE SPOTTED

I totally forgot to mention this yesterday. On the front of yesterdays Florida Times Union was a peelie for $1 off Blueberries and Raspberries.

I was able to get two containers of blueberries for $1 each with that peelie. Make sure you check your paper or ask friends if they are going to use theirs!

DIAPERS AT CVS

I stopped at the CVS south of town today coming back from Palm Coast. I was able to buy 3 CVS brand size 3 diapers and 2 CVS brand size 4 for $2.22 each. They had more in stock but that was all I got.

The Huggies denim diapers were already sold out in size 3 but they did have size 4 and 5 left. The interesting thing was the size 3 was 75% off at $2.99 a pkg. but the 4 and 5 were only 50% off at $5.99. The manager said the computer generates the price based on what is selling. He could not change it. Whoever got the Huggies size 3 for $2.99 and used the $2 MQ got an incredible deal!

I also stopped at the beach CVS and noticed they did not have the selection that the other store had. It is obvious that the store south of town doesn't get as much traffic as the beach store. The diapers I bought at 75% off were only 50% at the beach

Check around at different stores. You will notice different markdowns and hopefully you will find a good buy.

When I give these to my daughters, I will let you know what they think of them. Both of them are diaper snobs prefering Huggies over all others. The manager said these were comparable to Pampers. Bring on the diaper competition! I'm rooting for the $2 diapers!!

PUBLIX 6/20/12. SPENT $10.92

My shopping trip was awesome today. I was hoping to get another gas card but the elusive Right Guard Body Wash was hard to find and that was going to play a big part in my total. I had to go to Palm Coast today to shop for my daughter who was very sick. In tow I had my two year old grandson Bryce.

Shopping with a two year old and trying to concentrate is about as easy as giving birth to a watermelon. The Palm Coast Publix only had three bottles of body wash so my shopping trip was nixed right there. I was, however, able to get her total up to $50 throwing in a $1 pack of gum bring her total up for $50.21. She didn't want the gas card (go figure) so I bought it on my credit card.

Driving back to St. Augustine I stopped at the Moultrie Publix to do my shopping hoping they would have the Right Guard Body Wash. I guess I have just taught too many people because the shelf was bare! I needed that body wash to bring my total up so plan A wasn't an option...Enter plan B!

I asked the store manager if I could pay for it today using my coupons and get a raincheck from the store stating that I would get 8 for FREE when they came back in stock. He agreed!! I was able to get that added to my total to bring it up to that dreaded $50 for the gas card.

The bologna deal works just make sure you get the right one marked 10 for $10. This is what I bought:

8 Right Guard Body Wash
2 Nabisco Crackers
2 Blueberries
6 Voskos Yogurt
Bananas
4 Philadelphia Cooking Creme
18 Cans of Libby's Corn
Knorr's Bernaise Sauce
8 Bologna, 8 oz.
2 Doritos
Pkg. of Ground Chuck
...and the not planned 2 bottles of Dentyne Gum BOGO to get my total to $60 to use two $5/$30 coupons.
$50 Gas Card

My total after the gas card was $50.92, so I paid $10.92 for all the above!!

FREE BOLOGNA

I can't believe I didn't see this earlier. Oscar Mayer Bologna is on sale for 10 for $10, or just $1 each for the 8 oz. package, regular or light.

There is a Target coupon available to print for $1/1 so you know what that means!!! FREE BOLOGNA!

I don't know how long bologna lasts for but there has got to be preservatives for it to last at least 2 years (ha ha)!!

Pick up several packs for the kids sandwiches for the summer. What kid doesn't love bologna! I know I have a big kid (if you know who I mean) who just loves fried bologna sandwiches!

FREE GLADE

Here's another freebie deal from Target.  Print your coupons now because these will likely go fast.

Go HERE and print your coupons for $.50 off Glade Air Freshening Item.
Then go HERE and print your MQ for $2.00. Go to the household tab and use 33142 to get coupon. These are on sale for $2.50 so FREE after both Target coupon and MQ!

NOTE: These may be priced anywhere from $2.50 to $2.99 so we may have to pay $.50. I'll let you know when I check it out!

BRING ON THE COMPETITION!

Luckily for me I have Kate who emailed me about a new grocery store coming to town. Yep! Let's bring on the competition for Publix! The more competitors we have, the more Publix will stay on it's toes!

She sent me this article in the St. Augustine Record about Save-A-Lot coming to town. It plans on occupying the old Food Lion store at 2469 US 1 South. I am not sure which location that is or know much about Save-A-Lot. This is what Kate had to say about Save-A-Lot.

"Save-A-Lot is a smaller store, has limited selection, and items are displayed in their cardboard shipping boxes. Some don't even have delis, bakeries, etc. Hope the ones coming to our area are larger. It touts savings up to 40% over competitors. We'll see. It's owned by SuperValu which owns a grocery chain in my parents' neck-of-the-woods...Shaw's...it's the priciest store in the market...the customer service is dreadful, too."

Thanks again Kate for letting me know! That is BIG NEWS! Now we are going to have to follow another grocery store and cherry pick the bargains from there!

NEW FRUIT STAND

I want to tell you about a new fruit stand I have been going to. I told you about the guy on Holmes Blvd. Sometimes that is just out of my way. There is a new lady set up on Old Moultrie Road right behind the Winn Dixie on SR 207 in the lot where trailers used to be. She is there Monday thru Saturday.

I bought beautiful tomatoes for $.99 lb. as well as zuchinni and squash for $.99 lb. I NEVER buy my tomatoes at the grocery store. They have no flavor. Fresh fruit stands are the way to go instead of buying your produce in the grocery store!

After you go there, you can go to the bread store and get some cheap bread!

GET YOUR BRAG SPOT ON!

I got an email from Pam who sent me her picture. She was able to get two gas cards with the above order and spent $54 for all the above including rib eye steaks!

Great job Pam!

75% OFF DIAPERS AT CVS

I stopped by CVS at 312 this morning before work to get some alcohol recovery stuff to roll my ECB's and I saw a bunch of diapers and overnight diapers on clearance 50% to 75% off.

They were all CVS brands and they had plenty of packages left. I don't know about generic diapers, but if you are not fussy and just want to get some at a good price, stop by and see what they have!

UPDATE: I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I ALSO GOT A $3 OFF $10 CRT FROM THE MAGIC COUPON MACHINE. COMBINE THIS COUPON WITH 75% CLEARANCE DIAPERS AND GET AN EVEN BETTER DEAL.

ANYONE WANT TO SPLIT THE ENJOY THE CITY BOOKS WITH ME?

I want to buy the Enjoy the City Books that are being offered again but I want to do the 25 books (doubled to 50 books) for $100.

That means if five people split it, each person will get 10 books for $20. Each book has four $5/$30 coupons in it. So that means you will get $200 worth of WD coupons for just $20.

I have two people besides myself that want in. I am looking for two more people who want to do it.

Contact me at 540-5225 or leave a comment on post, and I will buy and collect the $20 from you.

PUBLIX 6/19/12

I thought it was going to be hard to get two gas cards this week, but I managed to get one already when we were camping and got another three today. I still can go back and get one more based on the stuff they were out of. This is what I bought today.

6 SmartBalance Milk
4 Yosicle Pops
2 Mrs. Pauls Parchment Bake - FREE
2 Wise Chips ($75.2 MQ)
Bananas
Cantelope
2 Life Cereal ($1/2 MQ)
4 Quaker Instant Oatmeal (used RC and four $1/1 MQ)
6 Voskos Yogurt (paid $2.00 for 6)
4 Libby's Canned Corn (used $1/4 MQ)
4 Sparkle 8-pk Paper Towels (used $2 PQ and $.50 MQ x 4)
4 Dixie Plates 40 ct (used $2 PG).
10 Right Guard Body Wash (FREE using $2/1 MQ and $1/1 TQ)
4 Dial Speed Foam Body Wash - (FREE using four $1.50/1 MQ)
2 Dial Body Wash - same as above
4 Nature Made Vitamins - (overage with $6/2 PQ and $2/1 MQ)

My total for the groceries came to just over $160. I was able to get three gas cards. My total after all coupons including one $5/$30 Publix coupon and three $5/$30 WD coupons, I paid $143.20. Subtract out my gas cards at $40 each, and I paid $23.20 for all of the above! I actually could have used another $5/$30 coupon but I didn't want to push it and I was happy with $23 but I must admit $18.20 does sound better!! Tee Hee!!

I saved a few items to go back and get because they were out of some things and if I have it figured right, I should be able to get another gas card! That will make a total of 5. If you remember, I said I didn't think I would ever get to five and YES!!!...I think I am going to do it!

I am fully stocked now on paper towels and toilet paper thanks to Publix and their fabulous sales. Don't you believe a word Walmart tells you about their prices being 13% cheaper. Yes, they are cheaper, but now when you match a Publix sale with MQ's and store or competitor coupons!

CHEAP MILK AT CVS

I LOVE deals on milk. I've already done the SmartBalance milk deal for $1 or $1.50 (depending on what q you have) so I won't be doing this one. I may give it to my daughter since her kids drink a ton!

Yesterday I stopped at CVS and scanned my card and got a coupon for $1 off a gallon of milk. Pair this with the $1 coupon at tgleedairy.com and pay about $1.50 for a gallon of milk. I'm not really sure what the price of milk is right now at CVS but anything near that price is awesome!

Hopefully, the coupon will generate for the next few days. I was able to scan my card a total of three times to get tons of coupons!

RANDOM THINGS I PICKED UP OUT-OF-TOWN

Even though I was out-of-town for the weekend camping, couponing was still on my mind!

I ran into CVS to get the Gillette Proglide Styler that I ended up paying $4.87 for and getting $4 ECB's. This thing is really cool with 4 attachments to it. It normally sells for $19.99 so I thought I got a good deal and it was something I could really use!

My RR's were getting ready to expire Monday and I didn't even realize it! Those darn suckers don't have a very long expiration date. Don't dare try to use them past expiration date because they won't take them. And then you want to cry...really!

I had five $2 ECB's and I was able to roll them by doing the following transaction five times.

Buy 2 Suave Naturals Shampoo, 15 oz. $1 each

Total due $2.12 including tax
Use $2 RR
Get Back $2 RR

...so for $1.20 in tax I was able to get 10 bottles of shampoo for my husband and got back five more $2 RR's to roll into the coming weeks!

By the way, if you run into Wags to get the shampoo, pick up a dozen eggs for $.99 using the in-ad coupon. That also makes a great filler item if you need it for your scenerios.

I also had to get a few things for camping so I ran into Publix. I wasn't going to let that opportunity go by either. Now that they raised the amount to $50 to get a gas card, I knew I wasn't going to be getting five of them. I was going to have a HARD time just to get two. Last week I ran into Target and a lady was sampling Juicy Juice and had $1 coupons sitting there. I grabbed a few and then she gave me more (turned out to be 10 of them) and was able to get Juicy Juice which was BOGO at Publix for $.50 a 8-pk using two of those coupons and the $1/2 Target coupon. I was thrilled. I added some other things I needed to get my total up to $50 just to get one stinkin' gas card. I'll probably be able to just get one more gas card.

This week looks like it will be the week to stock up on Dial Body Wash. They are BOGO at Publix for $3.91. Use the $2/2 coupon from this weeks RP (or printable or peelies) and stack with the $1/1 Target coupon and get them for FREE!

PUBLIX 6/10/12

I was so excited to see the Rold Gold Tomato deal because I could always use more tomatoes. I was able to buy...

24 cans of tomatoes
1 Pineapple
2 Sundown Vitamins

...and paid $2.60. It should have been $1.60 but my printer decided to eat the last coupon. If you get a chance, go do the tomato deal!

MORE FREE LINERS

Good news! The $2/2 Kotex Natural Balance coupon is back on coupons.com under zip 62946. These should be FREE at Walmart. I don't know what the price is at Target but I would assume they would be FREE or cost just pennies!

Stock up on those liners!

PUBLIX 6/10/12, SPENT $26.32, SAVED 82%

It's a little frustrating when the rules keep changing at Publix but this time it was in my favor.

I had my shopping cart divided into three orders so I could use three $5/$30 coupons. I asked beforehand and she said I could let them go through all at once. Really? I just asked last week and customer service said I had to separate my orders...so I go through all the trouble to do that and then they said I didn't have to.

The deal of the day for me was the 8 Oscar Mayer 1 lb. lunchmeat I bought. I had a raincheck for BOGO and then the awesome B3G1 Target coupon appeared! God was smiling as I loaded 8 of them in my cart. Using my BOGO raincheck, eight $1 coupons and two Target coupons, I was able to get ALL of them for $1. I still have two left from the last sale they had! I will make room for them in the freezer and be set for lunchmeat for many months to come.

My other favorite was the 4 pk. of King's Hawaiian Rolls which sell for $1.09. Use the $1/1 coupon from the 5/20 RP and get them for only $.09! Deals on pudding have been plentiful to say the least! I bought four of them at $2 each and used four $1.10/1 coupons and a B3G1 Target coupon to pay $.40 each! They have an expiration date of September so that bunch along with what I already have should last me awhile.

I was low on mayo so I was glad to see a BOGO. I wished it wasn't the cute little squeeze containers but for $1.50 each after coupons, it wasn't a bad deal.

This is what I bought:

1 gallon Publix Tea (not shown, already in refrig!)
6 Hellmans Mayo (normally sell for $4.99 each)
Cantelope
Bananas
Corn
2 Pineapple
Romaine Lettuce
4 Jello Pudding
4 V-8 Fusion Juice (normally sell for $3.99 each)
Deli Mac & Cheese (impulse buy for hubby!)
2 BBQ Sauce
2 Monteray Raviolli (normally sell for $3.99 each
2 Thomas English Muffins (normally sell for $3.99 each)
8 Oscar Mayer Ham/Turkey Lunchmeat (normally sell for $4.49 each)
4 Sundown Vitamins (overage)

My total before coupons was $96.47 and I paid $26.32 after coupons including three $5/$30!! This was a savings of 82%!! Just looking at what some of the items sell for at regular price I think I did a good job!

BOGO POTATOES COUPON

Do you love potatoes? Then go HERE and print your BOGO coupon for Klondike Potatoes. I don't think Publix carries these but I know the Super Target stores do. I plan on going to Palm Coast on Monday to visit my daughter and will redeem at the Super Target  there.

The coupon is in PDF form and does not expire until 7/31/12 so you have plenty of time to use it!

You may have to register first if you have not already done so.

ANYONE INTERESTED IN A CAMPER

We have decided to sell our 2006 Aerolite Cub Hybrid camper. It sleeps 6. Has cold A/C, microwave, refrigerator, store, full bath, twin LP tanks, electric tongue jack and tons of storage and counter space. The mattresses and upholstery are in perfect condition.

The toilet has never been pooped in!! I'm serious! My husband is so anal (play on words there) and would only let us pee in it! It has been well maintained and cared for. It is 25' overall and would make a nice camper for a family. The pictures do not show the beds opened or the slide out.

We are asking $8599. If you know of anyone who may be interested, please have them contact me!

CVS CLEARANCE

I went to CVS to do the mascara deal again for my girls and they were sold out! This was at the Cobblestone CVS. I happily got a raincheck and will go to another one to do the deal.

I also scanned my card again and received yet another $4 off $12 in cosmetics. I can save this or do another cosmetic deal again next week! Make sure you scan your card to see if you get another one!

While I was there I noticed plenty of makeup and lip items at 50 to 75 percent off! Grab your various Loreal, Revlon and CoverGirl coupons and see if you can get a great deal.

JOHNSON & JOHNSON DEALS

Here is something to keep your eyes open for.

I found a blinkie for $1.50/2 any Johnson and Johnson product. I remember last year getting gauze and something else I can't remember for pennies. Since my husband is very accident prone, I like to have this on hand!

I am not sure of the pricing but I am guessing it will be under $2.00. Don't hold me to this scenerio. I will let you know when I check it out at Publix.

TWO JOHNSON & JOHNSON STERILE GAUZE Regular Price $1.99

- used one $1.50/2 Johnson & Johnson red cross item blinky

- used one $2/2 Johnson & Johnson red cross item Publix Coupon

NET PRICE: $0.48 or $0.24 each!

PUBLIX AND ALMOST FREE HOT DOGS WITH OVERAGE

I had off work today and I drove to Jax to meet my friend for lunch and go get hair dye. Dying my hair is right up there with getting a root canal and trying to find a good bra that fits. She has her cosmotology license so I go with her and get the professional stuff. My husband had one request for me...get me some new gloves! You see, I color all I can reach and then my poor hubby got suckered into helping me years and years ago to do the back. It used to be just the front but it just keeps coming in like the tide and keeps moving further back. I have to endure his comments as he slaps the color on but all I think of is how much money I am saving!

On the way home, I stopped at a store in Jax and was able to do the following:

Bananas
2 Sundown Vitamins (overage)
6 Nature Made Vitamins (overage)
5 Hebrew National Hot Dogs
2 Nature Made Bread
2 Dog Bisquits

When I figured out the 97% Fat Free Hot Dogs were 1 pt. each on Weight Watchers, I was all over them. I am so tired of eating turkey sandwiches that a hot dog will be a welcome change every once in awhile for lunch.

My total after coupons and a $5 off $30 was $.91. The cashier looked at me in amazement and asked me if I wanted to donate $1. Yes, of course I do so my total was $1.91.

I drove home and added up my totals to see if I had enough for the $10 rebate. I was short but not by much. That is when I looked at my mail and found an envelope that looked familiar. My coupon fairy was back with an envelope of coupons and right on the top a receipt. Not just any receipt but a receipt with peanut butter and Chef Boyardee on it to take me over the amount I needed to send away for the rebate!

I don't know who you are but, again, I thank you!!! I am going to get four $10 rebates in all, 3 P&G and 1 Conagra! I will save them and send them to college with my daughter along with the $100 Publix card I won!

$5 OFF $30 COUPON

Woo Hoo!!! You might want to buy some extra newspapers today because there is a $5 off $30 purchase coupon in a booklet in the St. Aug. Record. The coupon expires June 20th so we have plenty of time to use it!

I purchased 5 extra papers plus I have the one we get delivered to the house!

AWESOME DEAL ON MASCARA

Update on the Cover Girl mascara deal this week at CVS:

When I used my BOGO coupon that states up to $7.50 off, the deducted the whole $7.50. My total for TWO COVERGIRL LASHBLAST MASCARAS WAS $2.63 including tax!!

That comes out to $1.31 each. Not bad for a mascara that sells everyday for $8.99!

I bought 4 of them. The best thing is when I scanned my card again today at the red coupon machine, I got two more (from 2 cards) $4 off $12 in cosmetics! So if you want to do this deal and don't have the CRT, go in and scan your card to see if you get one!

BRAGSPOT FROM LAURA S.

Here is another doozie from Laura S. who was able to get all the above from Target for a whopping $1.17.
The total before coupons was $29.17!

Laura is awesome with the deals she has put together. She is really having fun saving! I am so proud of her! Thank you Laura S. for sharing again some of your good deals!

COSTCO

I mentioned this once before but I thought it was worth digging it back up and mentioning it again.

Who doesn't love Costco? It sucks you in and before you know it you have a rotiserrie chicken and tons of other stuff in your cart because you ate a sample or just couldn't resist it! Before you know it you are walking out of the store with at least $100 buck worth of stuff you didn't even know you needed!

Here are some codes you want to make sure you know when you go to Costco.

When you see an item with a markdown price ending in $.97, you know that item has been marked down. Costco will not put the original price on the ticket so if you want to know the original price you can ask the manager.

Do you see the asterick it the above right corner? That means they are not going to reorder that item. This Phillips Theater System has been marked down to $179.97 and will not be restocked on their shelves. If this is something you want, now is the time to grab it!

Watch for odd pricing like those that end in 79 or 49 because that means they are special purchase items.

* If the prices do go lower on the close-outs, or items you purchased at full price, you can always bring the items back and repurchase them at the lower price. Remember, they do have a price adjustment policy on a item for 30 days.

If you see the item you bought at full price go on sale and it is beyond the 30 days the only other method it to purchase another one at the lower price. Then take your original receipt for the same item you purchased at the higher price and return the one you just bought at the sale price with that first receipt. I know Costco won't like me telling you this, but it is the only way I know to get around that 30 day adjustment policy.

* The single most important tip in this article is to hold onto every receipt from your Costco purchases. Here is the reason. Costco has a satisfaction guarantee on all the products they sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item in that time you can return it within 2 years, yup, 2 years.

It is also important to note that different Costco stores can have different prices. This happened to me when I recently bought a storage ottoman. Our Jax store had them on clearance for $129.97 while the exact same item was in the Miramar store in Miami for $99.97. The reason I was told was because they had more on their shelf to get rid of so the price was lower. I continued to call our Costco to see if they lowered the price on the ottoman but they ended up selling out. I was still thrilled at the price I paid. When I originally saw it it was $199.99.

This will be the time of year to watch for patio sets and summertime items that will probably be clearanced priced right after July 4th.

CHEAP MASCARA

Again, thanks to Kate for the following. I plan on doing it tomorrow so I will let you know. I did get the $4 off $12 CRT from the red coupon machine. Make sure you scan your card. Make sure you watch the expiration date!

1.) CVS - ExtraCare in-store coupon printout - Save $4 on any $12 cosmetics purchase(exp. 06/06/12). I've seen the following scenario in the blogosphere for CoverGirl Lash Blast mascara which is B1G50% this week, plus there is a decent B1G1 MQ in the 6/3 P&G:
CoverGirl Lash Blast mascara x 2 = $13.49

Use $4/$12 CVS Q(exp. 06/07) plus B1G1 MQ 6/03 P&G(up to $7.50, exp. 6/30)

$4.99 for two or $2.50 a piece

Here's where it gets interesting...some ppl are reporting that that B1G1 MQ in the P&G is scanning/deducting the full $7.50 amount(scruples, I know). If that's the case you'd pay $1.99 for the two mascaras.

FREE SALSA

Tostitos Chips are BOGO this week beginning tomorrow at Winn Dixie. Be on the lookout for the tearpad for a FREE salsa when you buy two chips.

I just got this at Publix so be on the lookout!

VISIT THE FORT THIS WEEKEND

Thanks to Kate for the following email:

In honor of "Get Outdoors Day", the National Park Service is waiving entrance fees to its parks on Saturday, June 9th. That big chunk of coquina downtown is on the list:
Florida

Canaveral National Seashore

Castillo de San Marcos National Monument

Dry Tortugas National Park

Everglades National Park

Gulf Islands National Seashore

You'll save $7/adult(ages 16 and above) if you take advantage of the deal locally. The next fee-free dates are 9/29/12 and 11/10/12-11/12/12 for Veterans Day.

Thanks Kate! I think I will be sitting this one out. I have been to so many field trips here I'll let someone else enjoy it!

COKE AND CRACKER DEAL

It's 4:30 a.m. and I can't sleep. I was looking though zip codes and found this coupon under 34698 on coupons.com HERE.

Save $2 on coke wyb select crackers. Some of these crackers will be going BOGO. If you are a coke drinker and buy crackers, you may want to check this coupon out.

APPLES

I learned something today!

Did you know that hose stickers on fruits and veggies tell you quite a bit! 4 numbers mean they were conventionally grown. 5 numbers starting with number 8 means they are genetically modified (GMO). And 5 numbers starting with 9 means they were organically grown.

PUBLIX, CVS, WAGS

The main reason I went to Publix yesterday was to use my raincheck on the Green Giant Vegetables for 50% off and pair with my $.35/1 coupons that expired today. You all noticed there was no mention of vegetables in what I bought yesterday. That is because I forgot the raincheck and coupons at home. So off to Publix again today to get my veggies.

Upon looking at my receipt from yesterday closer, I noticed that although I gave the cashier five $2/1 coupons for the NatureMade, he only subtracted three from my total. I showed the customer service my receipt and was able to get a whopping $6 back! That means my total from yesterday would have been in the negative $3.03 which I never want to do. Looks like my math skills are something to be desired! On my defense, it is sometimes hard keeping up with two totals in my cart when I want to use two $5/$30 coupons.

My cart today had the following items in it:

10 Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas
Sour Cream
4 Sundown Vitamins
2 NatureMade Vitamins
2 Peanut Butter
2 Maries Salad Dressing

My total with coupons was $6.57 and I am fully stocked on veggies!

My second transaction was using my raincheck for sunblock. My Target coupon was about to expire so I went ahead and got them today.

8 Hawaiian Tropic Suntan Lotion
1 pkg. Hot Dogs
1 Smithfield Bacon

Total after coupons was $8.74. I am giving my dad a few sunblock and I'll try to give to my kids if they will take it! Remember, always wear your sunblock!

Next stop, CVS where I had two $4.99 and two $1.99 ECB's that had to be used. Bought two CrossAction Toothbrushes and two Oral Glide Floss (two cards) and paid $.97 total between both and got back two $5 ECB's and two $2 ECB's.

Next stop, Walgreens. I bought 5 headbands using my $2 RR in separate transactions and got back five more $2 RR's. My total I had to pay was $.60 for tax.

I already know I want to buy more hot dogs (97% fat-free) because they were awesome! Now all I need is about another $5 to get my rebate for $10 wyb $25. Anyone have any receipts they aren't using!!

WEAR YOUR SUNSCREEN

I hope all of you guys took advantage of the sunscreen deals using MQ's and TQ's. Seriously, I am always telling everyone to put their sunscreen on. My kids tell me "Put Your Sunscreen On" is going to be on my gravestone!

I found this on the internet and it is an actual picture of a guy who is 69 years old who spent the better part of 30 years driving a big rig. Behold, the unfortunate case of a truck driver shown below. As anyone who’s ever gotten a gnarly sunburn on one arm can attest, the left side of our body—the one exposed to the sun when driving—is particularly vulnerable to UV rays. Still, we can only imagine Northwestern University researchers were beyond amazed to stumble upon this particular truck driver as a prime human specimen that exemplifies just how damaging these rays can be.
In this case, we can clearly see the contrast in exposure levels, not to mention the dramatically different results. How mind-blowing is this picture?

I hope this scares some of you (particularly the male species I live with) to put on your sunscreen. I know I don't want to look like that when I am 69 years old and believe me it isn't that far away!

CHEAP MILKBITE GRANOLA BARS

If you still have the Publix BOGO Milkbite Granola coupon that is no longer available, save it until June 9th when MilkBite granola bars go on sale in the yellow adv. flyer for 2/$5.

Use the BOGO coupon and two $75/1 MQ's from coupons.com and pay only $.50 per box!

Also, Jello Pudding or Gelatin will be 10 for $10. Make sure you print the Target coupon for Buy Three Get One Free now before the sale begins and it disappears!

Here's another one for you. Polly O Ricotta Cheese will be on sale 2 for $6 in the new Yell. Adv. Flyer. Make sure you print your $1/2 coupon HERE to get them for $2.50 each.

PUBLIX 6/3/12

Again, my camera cord is missing so I can't take a picture. The real star of this trip was the overage from the Nature Made Vitamins! Using the coupons I told you about in the earlier post and the $6/2 coupon from the Green Adv. Flyer, I was able to get $6.06 in overage towards my other groceries. I was able to buy 6 bottles. I then bought 4 bottles of Sundown Vitamins using the MQ and Green Adv. Flyer coupon for $2.84 in overage. I also used two $3/$25 coupons that expired today making my total savings of overage $14.90!

When he was ringing up my coupons, I only had five $2/1 NatureMade Coupons. I thought I had dropped one in the store so I could only take 5 off shorting myself another $2 in overage. Wouldn't you know I found it in my wallet when I got in the car. I was in a hurry so I didn't go back in. I will give it to them the next time in the store making my total overage for this trip $16.90.

This is what I bought:

4 Birds Eye Voila BOGO ( used two $1.50/1 MQ)
2 Gardettos (no coupons, surprise for my daughter, her favorite!)
2 Maries Dressing (used two $1/1)
Bananas
Publix gallon tea
Hebrew National Hot Dogs (used $1/1 Summer Savings Book)
10 bottles of vitamins (see above)

My total was $2.92. I will go back to get my $2 back that I couldn't find to give them. So my total for the above will be $.92!

As you all probably know there is another moneymaker on Natures Made Vitamins. The link through ALL YOU is only for $1/1. Go HERE to get a PDF coupon for $2/1.

SMARTBALANCE MILK

SmartBalance Milk is on sale at Winn Dixie for $3 each. There is a coupon available on e-bay for $1.50/1. I cannot find a coupon in the databases so it is obviously a regional coupon.

I love this milk because it has such a long shelf date. The coupons on ebay are selling for about $.22 a piece in lots of 10 and 20. It just makes me wonder if this will go on sale again at Publix soon!!
