WALGREENS TRIP

I just did a quick trip to Walgreens today because I had $19 worth of Register Rewards that were going to expire today. This is what I picked up...

1 Neutrogena Face Wash
1 pkg. hair clips (great stocking stuffer!)
1 twin pack Renu Contact Solution
1 Just for Men Touch of Grey
1 lipliner
1 pair gloves for my granddaughter Kylie
1 carmel (for me!!)

Total OOP (out-of-pocket) was $3.57 (only because I had to pay $2.10 for the gloves!!)
PLUS I received $22 worth of Register Rewards to roll next week! Life is good!!

SLOW WEEK THIS WEEK AT PUBLIX!!

Well, Thanksgiving is over and it seems to be a slow week at Publix. That is good for me because I really don't need anything. I will just be picking up the FREE items and my basics because I already have everything in my stockpile that I paid a price I was happy to pay!!

Learning to shop differently allows me to only buy what I want when it is at its lowest price in the sales cycle. Knowing I have everything I need at home, I will probably only spend about $15 at the most this week for my groceries! We will be eating lasagna, chicken marsalla, pot roast, chicken cutlets, and homemade soup and salad on one of those cold evenings. ENJOY!!
