I totally forgot to post this from a dedicated reader Laura who went to Target and did the above deals.
Here is what she wrote:
Did this deal the other day thanks to your blog about your daughter and the magnum ice cream!! So happy you decided to stick with the blogging. I check it every day an sometimes more than once. Lol. Got a grat deal here: 2 magnum ice cream 2 merona tank tops Light bulbs 2 guacamole and 2 taco seasoning 2 lifesavers 1 carefree pantyliner 2 tums fresher 2 aquafresh all for only $10.17 There was an older gentleman behind me in line. At first I thought he was going to get frustrated because the cashier didn't know you could use a mf and store q on 1 item. But I corrected him and he got verification from his supervisor. But the man said "you watch that couponing show?" I said Ive watched it a couple of times but don't really agree with the "extreme" part. At the end when the cashier said I had save $30 some odd dollars he was excited!! And said wow!! Way to go!! All in all, thanks x a million for keeping up your blog. It's one of my favorite things to check out each day!! Hope you have a great weekend!! Laura
Thanks again Laura! You made my day!

ANOTHER BRAG SPOT
I received this e-mail today from Linda who took the class just 2 1/2 weeks ago. Congratulations Linda on your first sucessful CVS run. Your OOP expenses will get even less as you go along!
Hi Judy,
I am so excited to give you this progress report. I went to CVS Monday and was proud of my little savings until I came home and read your CVS savings and realized I had missed bargains, so I planned another trip following your deals. Attached is a photo of my purchases that would have totaled $45.22 at full price. After my coupons, I only paid $19.38 with tax. Then CVS gave me $15 in ExtraBucks for my next shopping trip, so I ended up getting all this for only $4.38. WOW, how exciting! I can’t wait for my next shopping trip.
Linda
(December class Alumni)
P.S. My husband was so impressed about getting the Gillette razor for $1.99 that I wanted to get another for my son. Since there was a limit of one, I picked up a second CVS card and went shopping on it to get a razor for my son. While on my second shopping trip, I spied the greentag cards and immediately bought one so I can earn an ExtraBuck every 4th time I use it with my recyclable tote bag.
In case you can’t see the photo, here’s what I bought.
2 Pantene Pro-V shampoo & conditioner
1 Dawn dish detergent
1 Gillette Fusion ProGlide Razor
1 Olay Body Wash
1 Tone Body Wash
2 Colgate Toothpaste

BRAG SPOT FROM CHRISTY!
I received an e-mail from Christy asking a few questions and told me her mom is learning how to do this as well. I thought about what she said below and how it is a testimony of how much you save doing this method and using coupons. This is what she said:
"My Mom is so funny…today, she emailed me her list of what she’s buying and how much her coupons are worth! LOL!! It’s all your fault Judi!! LOL! JK! I’m so loving all this money we’ve saved! Our savings acct just from the grocery savings receipts is now over $1000.00!!! And that’s in less than 3 months time when we started our savings project!"
Christy continues to do well every week and I thoroughly enjoy getting her e-mails! Please feel free to let me know how you are doing! It makes me feel good and I know others are blessed with it as well!

BRAG SPOT FROM JOHN
John and his wife Jenny took the class 5 days ago. This is the e-mail I received from him:
Okay, Jenny made her big trip to Publix today. The total before discounts was $206.21. Her OOP was $98.26. I was there to see the cashier’s face….priceless.
I had my own trip.
8 pints of blueberries
New Right Guard deodorant
RC Cola ( I was thirsty)
Total OOP: $1.62.
I think the last line says it all "I was there to see the cashier's face...priceless". You are just beginning. You have not yet seen the looks yet!! Way to go John & Jenny! Keep those testimonials coming!
AND HERE IS ANOTHER FROM SUMMER who also took the class 5 days ago...
I went yesterday and got 4 cartons of blueberries myself for FREE and the checkout girl said “Wow… I didn’t even know this coupon was out there!”
I printed some more and am going back today for more--- since I can freeze them and use them for muffins, cereal, pancakes, smoothies, etc.
And Schick Hydro Shave gel for FREE too! Getting another 10 cans today.
This is my new hobby/ SPORT!

BRAG SPOT, MARILYN'S PUBLIX TRIP
I received this message in my e-mail box this morning. Marilyn took a class about 1 week ago and tried her newly learned skills at Publix. This is what she wrote:
Judi,
Thought you may want to know about my shopping trip today less than 1 week after attending your coupon workshop. I spent $67.76 and saved $57.13. Not too bad considering I had a limited amount of resources. I can't wait to see how I do in a month.
Thanks soooo much.
Marilyn
