9-30 PG
8-19 RP
8-5 SS, RP and GM
7-22 SS 1 and 2 and RP
7-8 SS 1 and 2 and RP
6-10 SS and RP
4-15 RP

Inserts older than 1-22-12 have expired. Don't toss the 1/22/12 insert.
