STEWART'S SALE AD
If you love bing cherries, head on over to Stewart's Market tomorrow and get them for $1.79 per lb.!! Yes, that is not a typo! I consider $1.99 my stock-up price on cherries.
They will also have fresh pita bread from the Lebanese bakery in Jacksonville (this stuff is awesome with homemade hummus) and fresh celery for $.75 each.
They have been offering fresh shrimp for $4.99 per lb. and we have made fresh shrimp seasoned with old bay several times. I would definitely recommend buying some shrimp at this price.

Luther found some Red Cubanelle peppers 2 for $1 (they are almost as sweet as a red bell pepper, and at 50 cents each, they are WAY less expensive!) They also have some jalapenos, a whole lot of fresh datil peppers, and some gorgeous big red chili peppers that are not TOO hot, just a little hot. All these hot peppers average from ten to twenty cents per pepper. Also in are fresh batch of shelled WhiteAcre peas. These are my personal favorite!

STEWART'S WEEKLY AD
The new ad is out for Stewarts Produce. The potatoes are a great buy as well as the pears. I may have to buy a chuck roast to do a pot roast in the crock pot! I do mine a little different than most people. I mix a packet of Good Seasons Dry Dressing, a package of brown gravy mix (dry) and a package of Hidden Valley Ranch (dry) dressing. Pour that over your meat in the crockpot and add a little water. It makes the best gravy and it is a change from the cream of mushroom soup recipe. Give it a try!
