What do you get when you mix equal parts of chocolate and peanut butter, dip in a chunk of banana and sprinkle with nuts?
I will tell you it is a little piece of heaven!
I used Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. I just happened to have a few jars on hand! Line parchmart paper on a cookie sheet and then dip banana chunks in the chocolate/PB mixture that you melt in the microwave. Sprinkle with nuts or coconut.
Lick your fingers and repeat!
Place the tray in the freezer for about 1 hour. You can eat them at this stage or put them in the freezer.
These frozen banana bites are wonderful! Put in a little baggie and whenever you need a little piece of heaven, pop one in your mouth!
