UPDATE TO CHILDRENS TYLENOL POST
If you find the MQ in the roundabout at Publix, you should be able to get a bottle of Children's Tylenol for about $1.50 using the YAF and MQ.
That is a great price to stock up. Make sure you look at the expiration date !
