I recently came across this blog and found it very interesting! If you are trying to eat healthy you have to check out this blog. It is called www.100daysofrealfood.com and she gives ideas and recipes. Even if you pick and choose the ones that your family will eat it will give you an idea of different items to cook. I want to try the Jambalya recipe. It even tells you how to make Emerill's Homemade Creole Seasoning using spices you have in your kitchen already!
