I got my Breakstone Greek Sour Cream today at Publix for just $.30 each. Make sure you get yours before the end of the month. Just use the BOGO coupon in the GAF and stack with the $1/1 coupon on coupons.com. You may have to change your zipcode to 77477 to view it. If they don't have any, get a raincheck and they will honor it when it comes back in stock along with the now expired Publix coupon.

Not all beans are created equal. I ran across an article in a magazine that I thought was pretty interesting. Although I stock up on beans when they are on sale, this article made me think about the brands I purchase. It listed the BEST canned beans for each kind. Here they are...BEST RED is Eden Organic Small Red Beans, BEST CANNELLINI is Cento Cannellini Beans (some competitors were chalky tasting), BEST BUTTER BEANS is Goya, BEST BLACK BEAN is Market Pantry Target Brand, BEST KIDNEY is Allens Dark Red Kidney Beans, BEST CHICKPEA is Market Pantry Garbanzo Beans, BEST PINTO is Westbrae Natural Organic Pinto Bean and last but not least BEST GREAT NORTHERN is Goya. There you have it! I was quite surprised at the Market Pantry brand making it to the top of the bean food chain! Next time I need beans and don't have a coupon, I will reach for one of these!

I don't know about you but I have the spring cleaning bug! Let's just say the trash men are not going to like me this week! I have been cleaning closets and organizing my stockpile under my sinks. I also hit the garage where my toilet paper and paper towel stockpile are pretty awesome! You would be proud if you saw my toilet paper stash all perfectly lined up to the ceiling, labels facing forward. Next I will focus on cleaning blinds, baseboards, etc. I plan on doing this deal for the Windex Touch-Up Cleaner. I haven't tried it yet so for this price it is my shot to try it. Buy 8 at $3.99 each and use four BOGO coupons in 1/12 SS and eight $1/1 PQ in PAF and a $5/$30. I will pay just $2.96 plus tax for 8 of them! You can also do the same thing with the Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Cleaning Gel coupon in the same insert (1/12 SS), stack with the PQ and $5/$30 and pay the same!

If you happen to be at the CVS store at the beach, be on the lookout for the $1/1 blinkies for Dentyne Gum. They are right across from the cash area in front of the candy on the first isle. Dentyne is BOGO this week and these coupons will get you some cheap gum!

I stopped into Target today trying to kill time waiting for Rowe Family Eyecare to come back from lunch and I noticed ALL Huggies diapers are marked 15% off. If you missed the diaper deal last week at Publix and you still have your high-value coupons, use them at Target. Maybe these will be reduced lower. I'll try to remember to look if I go in there soon! Or if Pampers is your preferred brand, head to CVS and buy 3 packages on sale for $8.99. Print the $2 coupon from coupons.com (zipcode 77079). Use three $2/1. Price at register will be $20/97 but you will get a $5 CVS gift card. That makes each pack $5.32 each!

You have to run to get this deal because the Publix ad expires today. If you were not lucky enough to print the $2 Angel Soft Coupon to get CHEAP toilet paper, then head over to target.com and print the $1.50 coupon. Note that this is a manufacturer coupon so you can't stack with any others. You will pay $3.50 for a large package of toilet paper that usually costs $6.99. I, of course, will buy 6 and then use my $5/$30 and get myself FULLY STOCKED on toilet paper! Look for the bonus packages as well! It's like getting another 5 double rolls for free!

When I was doing my CVS run today, I stopped in at the location by Cobblestone. I was told by the cashier that they took their ECB's for two weeks past expiration (the beach takes one month past) and they also take manufacturers coupons for two weeks past expiration also! She did have to tell me that! Now I am going to have to scour deals to see what I can put together with expired coupons!

If you missed the Egyptian Cotton sheets at Tuesday Morning, now is your time to pick up some of my personal favorite sheets...BAMBOO SHEETS! They are at Tuesday Morning beginning today for $69 per set which includes pillowcases! The pillowcases alone sell for $19.99 to $24.99 a set. These won't last long. I wouldn't wait any longer than Monday to get yours because quantities are limited. I got my set!

If Fab is your choice for laundry detergent, then head to Winn Dixie for their 3-day sale and pay just $1.00 per bottle. They are on sale for $1.99 each and use the $1/2 coupon in the 1/5 SS. This isn't my preferred brand but maybe it would be good for things like towels that do not get very dirty. What do you think? Would you spend $1 on Fab detergent?

If you are in need of sheets, stop in Tuesday Morning and look for the endcap with sheets for $38.88. They only had one set left in queen but other stores may have them in stock. They are Peacock Alley Egyptian Cotton Sheets. Egyptian cotton are the best sheets you can buy! You don't need an obscene high thread count to get great feeling sheets. Like I said, they have one queen set left in white but check the other stores to see if they have the size you are looking for!

The answer to the above question is a big NO!!!! Recently I have had the need to look for a coupon in the coupon database. I knew I had a certain coupon in one of the recent inserts, but I couldn't remember which one. When I went to the IHP database it did not show up. I went to two other database sites and it did not show up there either. But it DID show up when I went to www.hotcouponworld.com. From now on that is going to be the only database I use. It seems to be more up-to-date and offers more coupon options. Just a FYI!!!

Starting Thursday 2/6 in the new Publix ad, there will be an In-Ad Deal for $2.00 off Huggies Diapers! This is not a coupon, so it will AUTO DEDUCT at the register. If you look at the sizes mentioned, it says $2.00 off Huggies Diapers or Pull Ups or Little Swimmers, 10 to 156 ct pkg, or GoodNites Underwear or Disposable Bed Mats, 9 to 35 ct pks, assorted varieties. The last time an auto deduct deal went live, it included BOTH the Jumbo packs and the Boxes. Based on the sizes in the description, it appears that this will be the case again. If so, I have some AWESOME deal ideas for you! I will be mailing these coupons to my daughter in South Florida so she can do the deal! BUY TWO Boxes of Huggies Diapers – $18.99 / $16.99 after auto deduct, USE ONE $5.00/$30.00 Winn Dixie coupon (enjoy the city books), USE TWO $3/1 Publix Coupons, USE TWO $3/1 Huggies MFG coupons from 1/19 SS insert, YOU PAY $16.98 total or $8.49 per BOX of diapers!!

I did something I normally don't do. I splurged on a piece of cookware. I usually buy Calphalon and that stuff isn't cheap either. This time I bought a Le Creuset 5.5 qt. pot for $162 and I love it!!! The bad thing now is that I am sold on them and looking to build my cookware stockpile! I can't believe how much it conducts the heat. The best part is they are guaranteed for life and if something should happen, they will replace it. They are also something you hand down to your kids. Now they can fight over my diamond and the Le Creuset pot! I also plan on replacing my frying pans. My Calphalon pans are warped and get scratched even though they are non-stick. I am replacing them with the Hard Anodized pans that are also guaranteed for life. The 12" will be $104. I asked the manager to call me when there is a sale! It will be the last time I will ever have to buy a frying pan. I am getting the 12" and the 9 1/2" and I should be good to go! Now I will be on the hunt for them at Marshall's as well. I already purchased an oval baking dish for a mere $24.99! Are you looking for nice cookware? Check them out!
